I would like to return the articles I ordered. What do I need to do?

We are very sorry to hear that you are not happy with the products you ordered. Your opinion is important to us and it would be a great help if you could let us know in the returns form why you are returning the products. Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will continue to process the transaction as requested and will reimburse you for the value of the goods by the same means used to pay for them.

Costs for returns

Environmental protection is important to us, which is why we always aim to reduce waste and take ecologically responsible measures in production. A large proportion of waste is created by returns! We would like to take the opportunity to point out that you are responsible for the immediate costs that arise when returning goods.

We recommend using our online contact form; we will then send you the necessary documents and will contact you by phone if necessary. The costs for collection by a carrier amount to approx. €30, which you will need to pay to the carrier upon collection.
