Shipping and payment

How much does shipping cost? 

**Within Germany, we charge €6.90 plus VAT for shipping. For orders valued €75.00 and over, shipping is free within Germany (with the exception of goods sent via carrier = bespoke products). We have put together information on shipping costs and the countries we ship to in the following table:

Please note that additional customs duties and fees may be charged for deliveries to countries outside the EU. The orderer must bear these costs themselves. We can neither predict nor influence these costs and recommend contacting the customs office for details.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered? 

We do everything we can to make sure our products get to you as quickly as possible. Within Germany, delivery usually takes between 2-5 business days; shipments outside Germany take around 7-10 business days. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you immediately via email. 

 

Which transport service providers do you use? 

We work with DHL, DPD as well as with selected carriers, when necessary. 

 

Can you ship my order to a different address or a Packstation? 

Yes, we can! Just go to “ship to a different address” and enter an alternative address for delivery. In Germany, you can also select a Packstation or post office near you, where your parcel will be stored until you collect it. However, please observe the maximum storage period at the Packstation you have selected. 

 

What happens if I’m not there to accept my parcel? 

If you are not at home when the courier calls, your parcel is usually stored at a post office or Packstation and your tracking information is updated accordingly. You will also receive a separate notification, which is usually put through your letterbox. If this happens, please make sure you pick up your parcel as soon as possible (please refer to the notification for information on maximum storage periods). Please note: if you do not pick up your parcel in time, it will be returned to our warehouse. However, your order may also be delivered to a neighbour or stored at a location contractually agreed between you and the transporter. For more information, please contact the respective transporter. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an error in the address, it will be returned to our warehouse immediately; we will then contact you to discuss reshipping. 

 

Can I check and track my delivery? 

You will receive the tracking number for your order with your shipping confirmation. To view the shipping status, click the link in the email or visit the parcel services’ website. If you don't have your tracking number at hand, simply access your mySPOTTi account for information on your order. If you have placed your order using a guest account, we are happy to help. Contact us via our online contact form or by phone for an update on the current status of your delivery. 

 

My parcel seems to have gone missing.  What do I do now?

If you have not received your order, please contact our support team as quickly as possible, ideally using the contact form. We will look into this matter for you immediately! 

 

Can you ship my order abroad? 

Of course we can. Please refer to the table of shipping costs above for information on the countries we currently ship to. 

 

I keep getting an error message for the type of payment I have selected. What do I do now? 

The financial service providers we work with check every payment transaction using their own criteria. If the type of payment you have selected does not work, please select a different type of payment. 

 

Can I pay for my order in instalments? 

At the moment, we do not offer payment in instalments. However, we will be selecting a financial service provider to handle this type of payment in the near future, after which payment in instalments will be available for orders that exceed a specific value. 

 

How secure is electronic payment in your online shop? 

All data transmitted from our online shop are protected by SSL encryption (Secure Sockets Layer). To ascertain whether a connection is secure, simply check the upper left corner of your browser (info). SSL encryption provides a high level of security, ensuring that data on your purchase and your payment process are protected accordingly. As regards payment processing, we cooperate with a renowned financial service provider that is part of the Sparkasse financial group. 

 

What do “Verified by Visa” and “3-D Secure” mean? 

These are additional security procedures for VISA credit cards. In a first step, you will be asked to enter your credit card number. Once these data have been confirmed, the system establishes a connection to the issuer of your card to determine your identity. For more information, please contact the issuer of your credit card / your bank. 

 

What is a “SecureCode”?
