Shipping to Switzerland

If you live in Switzerland or want to have your order delivered to an address in Switzerland, we recommend using the services provided by MeinEinkauf.ch 

For a small fee (which is usually much lower than the costs that arise when we ship orders to Switzerland ourselves), MeinEinkauf.ch handles all import duties and delivers your order to your door. This saves high shipping fees and, above all, the time spent collecting the goods at customs and costs for customs duties.

What payment options does MeinEinkauf.ch offer? How do I pay for my order?

If you use the services provided by MeinEinkauf.ch, you can pay via PayPal or by making an advance payment. During the ordering process, you will pay for the goods themselves and MeinEinkauf.ch will invoice you for an additional service fee of CHF 17.90. This includes the costs for shipping your order to Switzerland, customs clearance, customs duties and postage, for which you will receive a Swiss payment slip along with your order.

How do I register for this service?

Before placing an order in our shop, you will have to register with MeinEinkauf.ch at no extra charge (you can then use this account for orders in other German shops). Once you have registered with MeinEinkauf.ch, you will receive your personal email address, which you can then use when ordering from our online shop (with or without a customer account). Please make sure that you do not use your personal address; instead, please use the address of the MeinEinkauf.ch interim warehouse in Germany as your invoice AND delivery address.

How long will delivery take?

As your order has to be processed twice, delivery periods are slightly longer than usual. Delivery from our facilities to the MeinEinkauf.ch interim warehouse in Konstanz takes approx. 1-2 business days. MeinEinkauf.ch will then deliver the goods to your door within 2-3 business days as of the receipt of your order at the interim warehouse. This results in a total delivery period of approx. 4-5 business days.

How are returns handled?

Goods purchased via MeinEinkauf.ch can be returned to the following address: Zecchinel Immobilien AG Attn. MeinEinkauf AG Hauptstrasse 137 CH-8274 Tägerwilen. To ensure returns are processed properly, please observe the conditions for returns on the MeinEinkauf.ch website. MeinEinkauf.ch charges a fee of CHF 9.90 per returned article; the fee is invoiced once the returned goods have cleared customs.
